Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Body Zen Care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products (such as cupping massagers and massage guns) are personal care and wellness devices, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Please review our policy below regarding refunds and returns.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your item was delivered. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original accessories, charging cables, and manuals included.

Due to hygiene and public health safety standards, any device that has been opened and used on the skin cannot be returned unless it is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items:

Products with clear signs of personal use, scratches, or cosmetic damage caused by the customer.

Items returned without their original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number and order confirmation email). Please contact our support team at in**@*********re.com before shipping anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Exchanges)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the incorrect product.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at in**@*********re.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect or damage.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you immediately at no additional cost.
3. Sale & Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a cash refund. Items purchased on sale, clearance, or using temporary promotional discount codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Cash refunds will not be issued for sale items unless the item is proven to be defective upon arrival.
4. Return Shipping Process & Costs
To return your product after receiving authorization from our team, please mail your package to our fulfillment center:

Important Shipping Rules:

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

Trackable Shipping Required: You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the return package. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a return package is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, no refund will be issued.
5. Inspection and Refunds Processing
Once your return package is received at our facility, it will undergo a strict quality inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been Approved or Rejected based on its condition.

If Approved: Your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing times).

If Rejected: If the item is found to be used, damaged by the user, or missing original packaging, the refund will be denied, and the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your approved refund yet, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted to your account.
